The Challenge
Inmobiliaria Makro's property, tenant, and contract data was scattered across multiple tools, making it hard to track deals and deliver consistent after-sales service. On top of that, lead qualification meant manually pulling DICOM credit reports one at a time—a slow, error-prone process that bottlenecked the entire pipeline.
Our Solution
GoCode implemented Sales Cloud to unify the entire real estate portfolio, automate leasing and sales workflows, and centralize communication with clients and brokers. A key piece of the project: we built an automated DICOM integration directly inside Salesforce that evaluates every new prospect's credit history the moment they enter the system.
Every new lead is automatically scored against their DICOM credit history the moment it enters Salesforce. The sales team sees the qualification instantly, letting them prioritize high-probability prospects without ever leaving the platform.
