GoCode Informática SpA (hereinafter, "GoCode"), with registered address in Santiago, Chile, is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the website gocode.cl and its contact forms, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21,719 on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data.

2. Data We Collect

GoCode collects only the data that users voluntarily provide through the website forms, including:

  • Full name
  • Corporate email address
  • Company name and job title
  • Message or inquiry submitted through the form

We do not collect sensitive data or payment information through this website.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Responding to commercial or technical inquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • Managing job applications submitted through the Talent section.
  • Sending valuable content related to Salesforce and technological innovation, when the user has explicitly requested it (ebook downloads, newsletter subscription).

GoCode does not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

4. Data Retention Period

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as an active business relationship exists. Once that period has elapsed, the data is securely deleted.

  • Access: request information about the data GoCode holds about you.
  • Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses first- and third-party cookies for different purposes:

  • Essential cookies: required for the basic functionality of the site (language preference, session). No consent required.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): help us understand how the site is used — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources. Data is processed by Google LLC (USA) in aggregated form and with anonymized IP.
  • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel): allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads. Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA).
