The Challenge
Talento Digital para Chile needed to manage and scale its scholarship program for tech workforce development. The core challenge: coordinating a massive volume of applications, fairly evaluating candidates across multiple criteria, and connecting the organization, the training centers delivering the courses, and the students themselves—all within a single platform.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive ecosystem on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Our team developed a custom pre-selection algorithm that automatically ranks candidates based on exam scores, demographic profiles, and geographic data—complete with dynamic waitlist management.

Today, Talento Digital para Chile runs on a centralized platform that covers the entire beneficiary lifecycle—from intelligent recruitment and application processing, through academic tracking, all the way to job placement.
